Gutsy Yoga Workshop

Appropriate for people of all ages, the Gutsy Yoga workshop will give you dietary and movement tools to more effectively manage your stress and have better gut health which in turn, is essential for overall physical AND emotional well-being.

Led by experienced certified yoga therapist, Deborah Charnes, this powerful therapeutic workshop is offered pre-recorded and on-demand, to meet your unique and personal scheduling needs. Plus, as a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), this session is eligible for 1.5 CEUs.

The 90-minute video session includes a discussion on the impact of diet and stress on gut health, the role of gut health on overall health, and suggestions designed to assist you in shifting your future outlook. Ayurvedic lifestyle tips and clean eating guidance round out the training. 

Furthermore, included in the workshop are several downloadable tip sheets and quizzes specifically designed for identifying and improving digestive disorders.

About the Deborah Charnes:
Diagnosed with a digestive disorder when she was just a child, Deborah has spent her lifetime seeking answers through holistic approaches. As a college student in Mexico City, she learned the best ways to soothe her pains were with herbal teas and relaxation techniques including pranayam and meditation.  Therefore, when she studied Yoga Therapy, she chose to specialize in the digestive fire (agni).  An entire chapter in her book, "From the Boxing Ring to the Ashram" focuses on Ayurvedic understanding and approach to the digestive system. 

In 2011, Deborah left the high-pressure demands as an international corporate marketing communications strategist. Moving forward, she dedicated that same energy to positive transformation—of herself and others. In fact, she vowed to never stop learning or sharing.

Now, Deborah draws on her decades of training and practice to help others through simple techniques that can be practiced anywhere, anytime. The Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) also has the rank of E-RYT 500 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher), and is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP).
